My FDAX feed dropped dead at :37 this hour, same with CFD feed where spread increased to 6 points and stood still ever since price not moving. Anybody knows?

15:00 h Trading Instrument State CONTINUOUS

Data releases are always shaking markets. If you enter "near" that time - it may takeout all your stops.
Which is not recommended.
Normally I do not trade "over" US data - depending on the importance of the numbers.
But for today:
These US numbers are second category (for me) in the Dax and I do not consider them having much influence
at least on the direction.

To be honest I have built one very long ago - so I know about
At today’s meeting the Governing Council of the ECB decided that the interest rate on the deposit facility will be decreased by 10 basis points to -0.30%, with effect from 9 December 2015.
The interest rate on the main refinancing operations and the interest rate on the marginal lending facility will remain unchanged at 0.05% and 0.30% respectively.
Further monetary policy measures will be communicated by the President of the ECB at a press conference starting at 14:30 CET today.
