This week had 4 trades

2 positive: + 62 + 88 points
2 negative: -74 - 30 points

Weekly total + 46 points

Yearly result: 934 + 46 = 980 points

Exempt of a calculation here was the Tuesday Walzer which made the best weekly day result: + 91 points
Those are not counted in this journal.

Monday trade on new Month

Asia green. Dax pre cash above 30m Kumo - on the highs from Friday (13880)
Not many important numbers. 17:00 Lagarde speech (ECB)

Tuesday trade

Asia mixed this morning.
As the btc$ has the battle @ 50k line, the DAX is still in the battle around 14k.
DAX started 7:30 @ 13976 pre cash.

Watching the development for a trade: Dax jumped in IB above yesterday range - so

DAX long 9:30 to 13:00

Asia mixed this morning.
As the btc$ has the battle @ 50k line, the DAX is still in the battle around 14k.
DAX started 7:30 @ 13976 pre cash.

Watching the development for a trade eventually.

Wednesday trade

Asia mixed this morning. btc$ still battle @ 50k.
DAX30 first time check today of the composition of the 30 companies:
2 might get thrown out: Heidelberg Cement and Beiersdorf.
Those might be replaced by hello fresh and Siemens.

Important change in September: DAX30 will change into DAX40 - means
40 companies will be part of the DAX40 - which might flatten the vola a bit.

Interestingly today's announcement that the German BAFIN investigates
EY (former Ernst & Young) for not having seen false numbers of wirecard
many years. That company with its extreme bankruptcy last year is the
first DAX30 company that had quit this index caused by bankruptcy since
the beginning of the DAX.

DAX started higher this morning - with a probable up gap.
Made a new ATH @ 14182 after 10 minutes cash trading.
So the setup is ok.

A Walzer in the Afternoon

Parallel with the trade above a Walzer signal came in and dictated time and direction:

DAX short after 2 red candles down (first one must have +50 points in 30m)

Leg 1 short 15:30 to 16:30

result +43 points

Leg2 long 16:30 to 17:30
entry @ 14009
exit @ 14074
result + 65 points

Walzer result + 108 points

That signal was very helpful in upper trade!

Thursday

Asia mixed this morning. No important numbers. Looks as we have no gap to yesterday.
Wednesday range hi/lo of 222 points.

DAX expected to make new lower lows today - means trend down as we have quite a resistance above from the KUMO. The battle @ 14k ongoing.

No trade today according to the rules.
Nevertheless a Walzer is possible like yesterday - with a down/up pattern.

Change in the DAX30

One change had been made yesterday:
Beiersdorf (NIVEA) gets out per today
and
Siemens Energy replaces its place.

In September 10 new companies will be integrated (as written above) to make the NEW DAX40.
