Trading hours at Eurex Exchange on 22 December and 29 December 2017
This year, Friday, 29 December 2017 will be the last exchange trading day at Eurex Exchange. This is also the last day of the year on which settlement can be done. On Xetra® and at the Vienna Stock Exchange there will be shortened trading hours on the last trading day of the year 2017. At Eurex Exchange, continuous trading of derivatives on products traded on Xetra® and at the Vienna Stock Exchange will also end earlier than usual. This applies to all products except German index futures (e.g. the product FDAX), and Austrian index futures (e.g. the product FATX). The reference time for the calculation of the daily settlement prices for German index products will be 14:00 CET, and for Austrian index products it will be 14:15 CET.

sorry for late reply - was out of desk yesterday.
The data for the basic DAX closed 14:00 exactly.
But for the future Dax and some derivatives the trading went on until 21:45/22:00 depending
on the broker. Those pricing came from US comparison and was not on EUREX.
Thus the much lower prices for end of day were just driven on US exchanges.
Just to repeat: those days between Christmas and New Year were on very low volume.

Finally back to normal volume and good vola!
As said end of year: Week 1 is a good week.
Of course the Initial Candle 9:00 o 9:30 made a hi/lo of 132 points.
That was driven by US oil and the EUR/USD. ECB had for sure some
interventions. So my SL management was on extreme given line.
The system gave a reasonable entry and especially a great exit time.
During this week strong nerves are required as some more volatile
days are on the plate.
Yesterday had good volume in 2 phases.
Price went down and then up with a range of 172 points.
Therefore no trade today.
Just watching for a Walzer eventually...
Next trade on Friday foreseen.
Yesterday good volume.
Price went up - and is finally again above daily Kumo.
DJ with new ATH above 25k.
Dax range Hi/Lo 149 points
Means still good for a trade today.
