After the previewed down gap and price in daily Kumo:
Dax long 9:30 to 15:30

entry @ 12915
exit @ 12927
result 12 points

In post #3248 the bigger picture of the DAX was given on November 20th.
Now some days left to see the triple witch on Dec 17th.
Can there be a new high?

Answer - yes - quite possible to see the final end of year rally - have a look:

Friday started in first minutes today with a nice up gap to reach 13167 already.

Looks good as a continuation of the year end rally as described in yesterday's posts.

Just 365 points to go for last ATH...

Important days upcoming:

• Wednesday - Yellen speech - probable shift of interest into a band of 1.25 to 1.5%
• Thursday - Draghi speech in response - probable leave at it is for Europe
• Friday - Triple Witch - end of December futures contracts

With all this on the plate - some caution is needeed. Better to stay at the sidelines if not sure.
Watch out for volumes to decide to jump into the markets.

There were no trades during this shaky week with resulting price stucks in daily Kumo...

Today the triple witch will close with the Dec future of the DAX @ 13:00.

I am on the new March future already.

So a Friday trade is on the plate:
DAX short 10:30 to 14:30
