In J-Chart's logic, Time itself is not of any significance if there is no event.

attached are charts of Chinese index futures showing a good verification
9/05 two EQ show same target price level at 2198--2199
0n 9/06 in next chart we find a large eq also imply a target at 2200
there are 3 EQ point to same level as result we believe it is time of a quick rebound
on 9/07 it happens as expected shown in last chart
