Thank you for your interest, before we start on the route of indicators, it will be more fruitful to first understand this unconventional concept of price forecasting.
attached is another picture, price has move down below the 1st equilibrium, and we begin the march towards the expected forecast price.

Dear Mr Chen,
Thanks for showing us this exceptional method and congratulations for your successful prediction.
I have a question regarding resonance. In your last chart you show the projection of 2 resonant image points (1.2386 and 1.2388),and I can see that,to do that projection, you chose 2 BPs that BOTH were within a perfect/filled distribution 1.2509-1.2480 -1.2451 and 1.2468-1.2446 -1.2424...Is this a necessary condition for doing the projection?
Thanks in advance and Regards.

From Mr John Chen:
English Version:
Prof Stephen Hawking believed that prior to the Big Bang, time does not exists!
This theory sounds very far fetched compared to how we traditional view time. Put in simple terms, this merelt means if there are no event, there is no meaning to time, which dovetails perfectly with the concept of J-Chart. For a long time, most of the technical analysis are trapped in the myth of time; it first fix the time frame (5, 15 ,30, 1hr, daily or even monthly) and then either observe price patterns or use price in the calculations of indicators. This is a very serious short coming as it is akin to putting the cart before the horse.

Hello Simba,
thank you for your question. I will try to answer on the behalf of Mr John Chen. It is not a necessary condition to do the projection.
We can use the low or high of a vertices or a BP plus another BP to do the projection. The first point is the point of origin which can be a high/low/balance point and the 2nd point is a balance point.
Good trading to you.

Often when market breaks previous high or low and most indictors point to same direction traders who believe the momment may jump in,
However a Bull or Bear trap is there waitting for them
It is clear "Price lost its steam and reverse only when its equilibrium is completed"
YM is a good example
put two charts together can give better view

South bound train has left station, when big eq. is broken however, unless you are a position or fund trader you may prefer to day trade. unfortunately most indictors are laging behind and does help at all
chart shows how to find entry and stop in the better and efficient way through eq
1) on 7/23 yesterday high was 12143,low was 12066 BP was 12122, if market rebound strongly it needs to penetrate the eq 12066--12122--12178
2) when market began today, high was 12123 and low was 12107, after 3 hours we notice there is a small eq await to expand
3) we can foresee there will be a upward eq to be formed 12107--12122--12137 if previous 12122 broken
4) 4 hours past price did go up to 12137 at this time but held, we won't know the real direction however we do know 12107--12122--12137 is a legend equilibrium
5) few hours later market broke 12107 we can assume market will continue to mover lower because eq expanded downward provided 12143 (yesterday high) 12137(high eq tip) 12122 (bp) as resistances
6) as result sell order can enter between 12106 ---12114 with stop above 12137 or above 12143

In J-Chart's logic, Time itself is not of any significance if there is no event.
As Hawkins Stephen W.Hawking advocated, Time before the Big Bang did not exist.

when different size of equilibriums reach same price level a quick reverse often happen
attached are charts of Chinese index futures showing a good verification
9/05 two EQ show same target price level at 2198--2199
0n 9/06 in next chart we find a large eq also imply a target at 2200
there are 3 EQ point to same level as result we believe it is time of a quick rebound
on 9/07 it happens as expected shown in last chart

0n 9/06 in next chart we find a large eq also imply a target at 2200
there are 3 EQ point to same level as result we believe it is time of a quick rebound
on 9/07 it happens as expected shown in last chart
on last chart we observe it has a blue cave area need to be paved if 2363 hold
today 9/11 , market did exact we anticipated it would do , and low reached 2304

It does reach target both big EQ and small EQ point to.
possible Resonance?
most likely no! because the small EQ is too small did not offer too much support , but for short sell it is good to buyback and wait for rebound

lot of traders like to argue " it is a better stratege to trade futures long term because commission will eat you up otherwise"
As a 40 years veteran I don't agree, I like sleep well and enjoy my daily life and I believe reason is there is no reliable day trade sysrem available.
The example of Chinese Index futures is the trade I prefer
from 9:15 CTT to 11:30, one single lot get US$ 800-1,100
no bad at all for 2 hours work

Trder like to ask where is the bottom or the top of the market, with J-Chart logic we can't not really pick up high or low unless resonance effect kicks in, however target forecast is capable. such as CIF market break 2275, enforce the down trend continue with second target insight,
at time of editting LOW is 2266.8

It is quite different than conventional analysis when use J-Chart to enter market and place risk control stop
as shown in chart, a uncompleted equilibrium was observer from previous day 2156--->2134---->2112 in Chinese index futures market.
market open slightly higher today and as expected it reach 2112 the boundary of equilibrium
and during morning session, market zigzag and form a equilibrium 2112--2116--2120.
It offers a good entry point and stop loss position.
Enter buy order above 2120 and place stop sell below 2112.
after that just sit back and watch the developement of the oncoming balance points , through them, various targets can be observered.
