lot of traders like to argue " it is a better stratege to trade futures long term because commission will eat you up otherwise"
As a 40 years veteran I don't agree, I like sleep well and enjoy my daily life and I believe reason is there is no reliable day trade sysrem available.
The example of Chinese Index futures is the trade I prefer

Trder like to ask where is the bottom or the top of the market, with J-Chart logic we can't not really pick up high or low unless resonance effect kicks in, however target forecast is capable. such as CIF market break 2275, enforce the down trend continue with second target insight,
