Wouldn't pressing record on a video every 5 minutes be better as you could start it and talk for a minute every 5 minutes and then stop it, and then you could review it at the end of the trading session and so keep focused on the trading during the session instead of typing. Just a thought. Good luck

CL still inching up. 6E looking like it may go test the IB low to go up. 860's still my failsafe trigger. May try the 891 short to make a few ticks while this bottom develops into a bottom or another down move.
Bullish $TICK divergence on the last low in the ES, Fed is currently doing a pass for 2.5BB, as the BOTS take a break from stepping down the market. Must remember to breathe-scratching my balls now - gosh darn , that feels good, gonna have another shot of jack and then buy some more...what the heck...it's only money!!!
Ugh, the waiting. Is ES rolling for up tick or rolling to take another down dump. My job is to execute and breathe. NQ is looking up ish. Break 2240's and I am looking good. Still leaning on YM 860's as failsafe.
