Couldn't see good trade entries on general trend down this morning. Didn't get frustrated and remained calm, an improvement for this jittery trader.

Off for rest of week while travelling to the city of wind and the CME.

Best of trading to you!

Missed opening head and shoulders for a short. Saw two pullbacks and thought they would run...and left several points on the table. Was calm...hey hey.

Got lucky on second trade. First trade, again had 2 points but watched it evaporate.

Couldn't trade regular time. Came back and saw an opportunity.

I set up for cash trading today. However, too nervous to trade. I created a 1 to 10 scale where 1 is calm as a yogi and 10 is heart pounding and hands shaking like leaves. I was coming in at a 7. I got up, played the guitar, and settled down. I sat back down and as price and indies moved near buy/sell point, up to 6 I went. I got up, played the guitar, and settled down. I repeated the last cycle one more time. By that time TF looked like it was through swinging for the day.

Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me.

Here's a little devil trick of the market you can use for your benefit. I call it the Hot Lick. There is likely another name for it. If so, please let me know.

Didn't see trade during my normal trading period. Perhaps my rules are too tight.

Went sim and later saw two opportunities.

(YouTube XML wouldn't work.)
