Catching Big Waves - a trader's journal of surfing the the markets
Following the bar I did not like. There was a huge absorbtion on the push up that came in on that bar I posted previously on the 1 minute. Now 20 ticks or so lower....
I did not realize what a large percentage of scalps I had in August until I went through the month closely. I knew I had been quick on the trigger this month, but that was way beyond what I expected.
Maybe things are changing in the markets, maybe the bigger moves are difficult. But there has to be something more than 15 ticks as an average. I watch a 6-range bar, and my typical trade consists of less than 3 of them? Ahead or not, that is not right.
