I Googled and found a mention of it in TASC.

I see your entry time and exit time, profit target with stop but what tells you which direction to take as a long or short?

This sounds very interesting. I liked the Russell before it went to ICE. The volume dropped significantly after that and slippage was killing me.

The strategies used by Foxfox are here.

BUT, after reading the .cs for this strategy, and asking the author, I still don't understand it...
Maybe you guys will be smarter than me, have a look at the .cs.
