Oh and about 11 ticks stops. I don't use 11 ticks all the time. I move it to swing high/low. Sometimes it's 6-8 ticks or even 3 depending on the entry.

You are right that is why I do not like doing historicals and prefer market replay. Any setup can look amazing 'after the fact'!

I do not agree that those changes you made don't 'count'. I think it makes a big difference at least to me...

My brain is fragile though, so it is just my advice and nothing more.

If all you had to do was witness some lining up of some separation than we would all be billionaire's by now! haha...

The 'trick' is to identify when you are being 'tricked'. I went through Feb --> May in a market like this. This is why I do not wait for the 610 to get 3 bb's on the band etc.. haha... I am gunshy from those up up up days!

I have learned to focus on longer term area's when the longer term MACD's line up, but I still do not hold them. That is my big issue.

You are doing better and these conditions are not easy but tradeable. Let's see what tomorrow brings.

Remember, once you have 6K-->10K hours using this same setup, then the cash comes rolling in.

That's a dangerous statement. Someone can watch charts 24/7 and wait for cash after reading it. Hahaa...

Ok, conscious hours or focused hours.

One trade and I'm done for today!

I feel like I got rewarded for yesterday! Haha...

It started falling down right away, so I didn't wait a lot to get in. It got to my target and further, but I'm fine with 3 points. All I need is 2-3 points a day, but consistently.

Here is my trade and summary:

And here is my video:

WOW!!! 22 trades today, which means I'm back to clicking!!!

Seems like everybody took that short at the open, but not me! Haha....
It tells me that I don't know a thing bout trading yet.

Somehow I finished with some green. That's a big surprise for me.

I started slow. I think my analyse was ok, but I thought it's gonna be up moving market today. After two trades I was up 1.3 points, but I decided to keep trading. I stop if I have 2-3 points in green. Then I made a couple mistakes and got back to clicking mode. I hate when that happens. I got really confused in a couple areas. I hate when I know that market goes down, but keep taking longs just because I don't see any short setup. It's crazy, but that what I do. My third trade could give me profit I needed, but I got it in wrong direction. Haha...

It's very hard to change myself, but I'll keep working on it!!!!

Here is my summary:

You are pinpointing an issue that I had a hard time identifying. I think that is the first step.

You may want to put in your commission into NT because like today, you really weren't "UP" or "GREEN" and it is critical to see how your commission affect you.

I thought it could go up up and up as well. But, there was no support from below and it was at an 'area' so I figured what the hay.

I think it just takes time, starting at the same charts over and over again and then it makes sense. And, it depends on what side of the bed you woke up on. What amazes me is Horsts vision for the target. That was what I was missing. I saw it, but I didn't believe it.

I know that I'm not up, after commissions it would be 0. But still surprise for me. I tried to add commissions to my platform before but it was calculating $10 instead of $5. Then I changed it but I get $2.5 no matter what price I get to commission tab. I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong, but I count commissions by the end of the week. I know it's important, just can't set it right.

Maybe after 10 years of trading you will get your targets right. Haha.. Horst using only NFT setup for over 4 years and he has much more behind his belt. It's hard be get the same vision in 1-2 years I guess.

Well, I used to hold my targets. I used to have 5 point runs. For some reason, it is rarer and rarer. I guess I am attracting that in some way.

Horst has been doing it for 5.5 years I believe now. He really spends the time with historicals and getting his mind right etc.. He did a good job today, I was impressed with his vision.

On the commissions, I have attached what it should look like, but since you are using PFG you will probably have to add it to each one and see.
