I need help guys. I recently upgraded to a new computer and I've followed all instructions online and through tradestation help articles, and nothing is working. Any comments are greatly appreciated
what does "nothing is working" mean? Can you describe what exactly is happening, including any possible error messages etc. that would help understanding what you are experiencing?
When it comes to platform problems your best bet might be contacting the Tradestation support via phone. They can connect to your machine and help fixing the problems.
