Is there a way to create the Thinkorswim equivalent of “Aggregation period” in a TradeStation strategy?

Time, tick and range bars. Yes.

If that doesn't answer your question you need to be a lot more specific.

Otherwise someone who is familiar with BOTH platforms will have to come across your question and reply.
