Menu item "Add Form" disabled in Trading Application

EasyLanguage: Trading Application A right click in the Trading Application code page pops up a dialog box. One of the menu items listed in the dialog box is "Add Form". That menu item is disabled on my menu. Any guidance on how to enable it?
