It most certainly can. I'll qualify that by the thread of Jeff's CCI. Dr. Bobs system on trading naked. Woodies didn't work for me. If you want to learn how to use it check out hit the mark trading. Have used the CCI for years. Do the 6 and 50 CCI. `
