I suppose our trading range might still fall within the 10% in a 5 minute period before the circuit breaker kicks in. Hopefully this won't have the same effect on the rest of the market as what happened to the lost volitility of the ES. Feedback???

"The circuit breakers halt trading in hundreds of stocks and ETFs when their price moves 10 percent or more during a rolling five-minute period."

"Separately, the agency also is continuing to work with the Commodity Futures Trading Commission and the markets to recalibrate market-wide circuit breakers that apply across securities and futures."
