since this offended richard me copying this from another site i will just pull it down and people can look up their own answers to their questions,its just easier sometimes to copy and pasted something that anyone could find then have to type it out long hand witch i just dont have time for...sam/sharky

And the ADXVMA is a Variable MA (Moving Average) constructed with an ADX-component, describing the current trendstrength - thats why this MA shows those nice flat-sections, when the trendstrength is falling.

the ADXVMA
is NOT the MA of the ADX and
it is NOT a Volume MA -ADX or what ever is going arround out there
