I agree with you plethora that someone must be ashamed if he thinks that $50 is too much but more than a higher price I would agree on a yearly fee of $50 if that can help the community to keep the high standard of the site.
I just wanted to add my comment for non members who are thinking of joining. The lifetime $50 membership will be the best money you have ever spent. Between the pages and pages of trading advise and the 20 or so pages of indicators, you can't go wrong.
I advised a non-elite member that the indicator he was looking for was available in the elite downloads area and he owed it to himself to become an elite member , the free indicators alone were worth the price of admission.
Another board member told him instead to check The Ninja Trader forum for the indicator on the hope of getting it without making the elite donation... and then remarked that I was misleading the lad by stating there are free indicators in the elite section... since you have to pay to become elite...

I was going to send a PM, but figured this might be a questions others might have.
So if a person signs up for the 3 months and after the 3 months wishes to become an Elite member for life, then he would have to pay $50 (for a total of $75) as opposed to paying and extra $25 (for a total of $50) to "complete" the lifetime fee?

Have to agree. I got much more than my $50 worth on the first day. I've watched a few webinars too, very informative stuff.
It's a shame there has to be a $25 option really - Mike has to play for upkeep of the site & there are some gems on here PLUS it's one of the few trading forums where you don't have to wade through pages of spam.
The GOMI CD is something I use every day. It is awesone. $50 is cheap in my opinion.
