Isn't this basically what Jeff Castille and ESFXtrader do in their threads?

I'm just a simple man trading a simple plan.

Each time i see examples of signals given by indicators, i can usually see the same information by simply drawing trendlines. In the second trade, i would have shorted at the high where price made a similar high at the top. My entry would have been better than by using the indicator with a low risk and high potential reward.

Assuming that's her ... assuming that she is a "her"... I mean who would put a pretty picture on their blog to get more readers... Be right back... have to update the pic on my blog...

Hey guys,

hahaha .. yes it's a SHE! I'm girl, it is difficult find woman trading FX ...
and thanks for the "prettier!"

about the blog and the strategy that use CCI:
Well I just give a example of a strategy that I develop and use a time ago, now I don't use because I develop news things over the years, so that is one more strategy on my portfolio. I normally trade with no indicators, but I know that have many of traders that love them, so maybe was a good idea for those traders that have no strategy yet, or to use together with some other TradingSystem .. or for those who are beginning to trade and trying to develop a TS.

Hmmm. Drawing trendlines in hindsight always look good, but in realtime, those lines could have been drawn differently and not as good.

These are easier to draw real time
