Some providers do not provide daily data, like Zen Fire for example. If you are using Zen Fire try using a 1440 minute chart as a daily chart. It's not the same but may be close enough.
I do believe that NT7 is supposed to fix this (with everything else, naturally). NT actually maintains the historical data for Zen.
