I plan on going to the expo. I think several of the my fellow AFTA board members will be at the event. Does anyone recommend any must see presentations or should I hide my wallet?

Welcome to the forum, and thanks for the reply. You mentioned AFTA. Which AFTA would that be?

Artist for the Arts?
Art for the Animals?
Australian Federation of Travel Agents?
American Family Therapy Academy?

I will not be attending any paid events, unless someone can convince me why I should.

I read everything on their website and as far as I can tell they have the same bunch of people that they have at all these "EXPO's".

Why do ya'll go to these things?

Some have already said they don't go to the sessions you have to pay to attend. Is it like going to the car show, you just like to see whats shiny and new?

Do they give away free tee shirts and host hospitality suites?

Do you get inside info on using their products?

It's just an excuse to get away from the "ball and chain" and hang out with other guys who are interested in trading?
