How is something 197% accurate? Here is an email I received from a PR person at a company trying to sell some automated trading software.

My name is _____________ and I am the Marketing Director of Global Trader Inc. ( GTI )
We are in the process of submitting our press release to the media and we would like to submit one to World Wide Traders too.
GTI is the developer of a very unique, innovative and intelligent software which gives the traders a clear signal for entry and exit points in stock market. This program has proven results of 197% accuracy. There is no other product like this in the market.
I would like to send more information, along with our press release and an invitation to our demo session, if interested.

Yeah! it's a well know marketing trick "There is luck in odd numbers". Never use a round number but rather an odd number. Coincidentally, 197 is one of them and is often used by marketers. It strikes our imagination.
It's 197% because they're having a two for one special, regularly it's only 98.5%. I bought four because then I get 394%. You can buy more if you want to, but IMO 394% is enough for most traders.
Clearly the man stated 197%, now everyone knows that 197% is actually 791% inverted, now
all I have to do is divine from what I know if 791% is a number one would put into his own trading system or to his enemy's :
