Tradovate is not a bad choice either. Good commission structure and an all in one type of deal with the web platform.

LEELO0 TRADING

Seriously explore LeeLoo's provision of accounts and licenses to allow
you to function (unfunded) with high buying power, and they will
provide license keys for runtime against their accounts.

Use NinjaTrader 8, but do not worry about creating an account with
Ninja's brokerage. You will never be able to afford enough Buying
power... This way, you'll have monthly subscription fees, but you will
not have to put up $1 of equity, to operate in an environment where
you have perhaps $100k Buying power.

Eventually with LeeLoo, move toward qualifying for a funded account.

You will be using a simulated account; specifically, Rithmic paper trading;
which is not like some crappy "sim" account; it behaves like the real
deal, seriously, I know, because I push it to the limit. In general, I avoid
"sim" because it is so crappy; but Rithmic is "the gold standard" on
data feeds, and execution speed and precision.

It will be a protracted process for you, perhaps; but you'll be moving
in the right direction. Hope this helps !!!
