If you have a lifetime license you might be able to contact NT customer support and have them reactivate a connection to Rithmic for you. I was using IBKR real time data on a free NT license. After I purchased the lifetime license the drop down box for connections did not contain the connection for IBKR data. I contacted NT support and they said they would enable the IBKR connection. So I waited 30 minutes, and rebooted NT8, and viola there was the IBKR drop down as a choice. If they have done as you say, then I am going to be very upset because I am planning on trying Bookmap in the near future with Rithmic data and that means I might have to abort NT8 or get two data providers. Please let us know how you solve the problem. I am very interested in the outcome.
