What is the Best Optimizer available???

Looking for a new Optimizer. What is the best optimizer for a PC ?
I have Windows 7 Professional.Thanks

I am assuming you are referring to a Windows optimizer? If so, what are you using now?

I recommend reinstalling Windows. I upgrade my computer components every year or so and I reinstall Windows every time. As for optimization, I run Bitdefender antivirus that includes an optimization feature.

Thanks for your response. I had been using Stopzilla's optimizer which I liked very much and never had a problem with but they are in the process of creating and updating theirs and so they have taken it out of use for some reason which was not explained. I use their other anti-virus and Malware which have worked great and I have never had a problem or virus or malware with it since I have been using then for at least 5 years since changing to them after I did get both using a very name brand product and that company could not fix the problem which these guys did back them. I am disappointed they have taken it off the market currently but they say they are working on a new better one but not available and no date as to when it will be available and they will not recommend one for use for the time being. I currently am not having any problem with Windows but I want to stay ahead with cleaning for junk ,registry problems ,defragmenting etc the things the optimizer does.
