I've been using a Samsung 55" Curved 4K TV that is software split into 4 monitors with 2 27" Samsung IPS monitors to the side. These are not all needed for trading. If I had to cut it down to trading only. I would only use the 4K TV. All running off of an Intel i9 PC with a GeForce 1050 Ti GPU.

I'm using DisplayFusion to split the 4K TV. Got rid of all the cords and the complicated video cards etc. This is all for short term trading. This rig would be overkill for swing trading; to put it into perspective.

Samsung 4K Curved TV Display with UltraView Desktop Manager; but when traveling... it's enough with a DELL laptop and a 24" external monitor.

I have used 3 24" dell monitors for 10+ years and just recently added a 43" 4k monitor. So far the 4k monitor works great... some time in the near future i will probably add another 43" 4k monitor and get rid of the 3 24" monitors.

right now i have charts on the 43" and on one of the 24" monitors... the 2rd 24' monitor,as i use for alert messages/trade manager.... the last 24" is used for browsing FIO and other sites.

cheers
toucan

Good morning FT71!

Just wanted to say Thank You! You, Al Brooks and even Oliver Velez have made statements in videos that have "given me permission" to be ok with the way I personally am comfortable with how I want to interact with the market. I appreciate when you said the words "feeler trade". Then managing that trade. That one statement has helped me tremendously!

Best regards from Montana!

Well, as I already mentioned in my Battlestations post, I'm using 4x 24" LG Monitors and 2x 34" curved MSI Monitors connected to two different machines for different accounts and backup purposes.

I like having sufficient screen property just because it's good to have enough space to in order to deal with different settings / chart types caused by changing requirements of the market.

2 months ago I sold my 3 23" monitors and bought a 43" Samsung 4k TV with a desktop.
Now I have less charts and trading is getting much smoother.

No option existed for me.

I use a desktop computer, but only 1 monitor.

My office layout is too tight to fit another, so I do my best to arrange windows and I squint a lot.

Nothing special here, but I employ 2 monitors and a TV (budget option, a bit slower but doable).

43 in Samsung 4k Tv for one chart and Bookmap. For viewing only.
32 in LG gaming monitor for DOM and 2m MES chart. Refresh rate is 165 and 5ms. So I use this for order execution. Out here in the sticks, we only get 10 meg, so I need all the help I can get.
34 in wide screen above for 10m (short term trend) and 2 hour chart for levels. For viewing only.

I did not plan this set up. It grew organically.

Would prefer a 43in 4k monitor, but my son gave me this TV, so I employed it. Will eventually replace it.

In case you are interested, I have 20/20 vision. However, I use reading glasses. For 2 years, I have been wearing GUNNAR glasses that are Amber Tinted w/ 1x power.

I would HATE to be without them now! Makes viewing very comfortable. When I go downstairs and view my wife's laptop without said glasses..... What an eye strain.

I'm grateful that I found Gunnar!
