Hello,

I am new to this site and to trading. In the last few months I have been learning about future trading focusing on the E-mini contracts. Being from Europe I would like to trade the European future contracts - so that I will be able to trade in the morning as well.

From your experience which European Future contracts are the most liquid and with low margins? Any other suggestions are very welcome.

I would have look at the DJ EuroStoxx 50, FGBL, FGBM on Eurex.
( Personally like the FDAX, but margin is pretty high )

Might have a look at:

MRCI's End of Day Prices

Daily updated volume, open interest and others of all relevant futures.

I think you can still find brokers where you can get even DAX for $500 margin.
But if you are concerned with margin values it wouldn't be a good idea to start off with it.
It's the wildest thing out there (even more than NG, CL, EUR).
Might burn precious cash in very short time.

FEXS and FGBL follow by FGBM (This last is set wrong on NT cos now the minimun Tick is 0.01 and not 0.005).

Nice link! Much easier than navigating CME, Eurex, and other exchange sites for this info.
