Where do you lodge an complaint for an malfunctioning live trading platform?
With your broker that is providing the platform, or with the manufacturer of the platform.
Or If a vendor system, with the vendor you paid.
Then to help other forum members, or find out if anyone else has the same problem, see if there is a "Futures Brokers Reviews" or "Trading Reviews and Vendors" thread (under "Browse" up to the top left). If not, start a thread with the appropriate name in the relevant section.
