Please don't drink this if you have or anyone who plans to drink this has an acidity/gas issues. Also, frequency of this should not be on daily basis, otherwise you might start experiencing acidity problems
In my not so educated "opinion", you will be much better served with teaspoon of honey every day
(Assuming you can get good honey from honeybea keepers directly and not the processed company product who add rice syrups or other things n large quantity in it to avoid crystallization).
^Sorry no flame wars here, but these are all household ingredients. If you want to, try it once a week. This is a very good immunity booster. And this was the reason I was hesitating to post here because of ignorance of Ayurveda works. Thanks.
I wonder if you missed his point? I did not read that he believes you are ignorant but said that other people may be ignorant (unfamiliar) with Ayurvedic Medicine.
I encouraged him to post his recipe as I am ignorant (that is knowledgeable) of the system of Ayurveda medicine.
"ignorant of Ayurvedic works".
He is talking of the general lack of knowledge of Ayurveda in the general public.
Please do not make people feel on edge about posting.
Whether or not you are brought up in an Indian household is not the point, certainly not all are Indians are deeply knowledgeable of this ancient medicine system.
Please use your knowledge of Ayurveda, find another Ayurveda recipe and then we will have two.
