Max Profit and Loss in a day

I have my own technical patterns that I trade with along with the help of fibonacci extension for targeting. I trade 3 min chart. Here are my trades so far:

+ 3377.0 ---- 3388.5 = 11.5
- 3388.5 ---- 3384.5 = 04.0
+3384.5 ---- 3388.5 = 04.0
- 3388.5 ---- 3366.0 = 22.5

Total so far: 41.0 points ==> $2050.0

Biggest winning day: 3k-5k
Biggest losing day: 8k

Last time I got my @s$ handed to me royally it took close to 6 months to earn it back trading. You can get the money back if you know what you're doing, even slightly consistent winner can earn it back. But you can't earn back the TIME. The wasted time it takes to get back to even or in profit for the month/year. That time you could spend with family or doing other hobbies you enjoy. It gives you that sick stomach feel that twists your guts into a knot. So far that is what prevents me from making the same loss ever again.

Just for kicks and curiosity. What is your Maximum Intraday Profit earned in one day? What is your most significant loss in a day?

I am a small trader, so my biggest winning day was $1600. On the loss side I went completely brain dead and lost $3,500. Another commentator spoke about the time it takes to make up for a big loss, and I agree with that. But in my
case, it cost me about 3 months of not trading at all. I was so angry with myself for stupid mistakes, plus the loss of confidence, that I actually stopped trading for awhile.
