Anyone compared DNT IQFeed vs Sierra chart data feed recently when it come to orderflow tools like footprint chart, cumulative delta, tick charts and other bid ask dependent tools.

Also interested in this Q.

DTN known to be expensive. I'm assuming it's a FIX API. Apart from that is there a worthwhile difference?

DTN's customer facing API isn't FIX - it's a very simple text-based, line oriented protocol. Like a "dynamic CSV" kind of thing. Really trivial to use. I have no idea what the protocol is between the IQFeed client and DTN, but it's something binary and highly optimized, for sure!
