At futures io, our focus is on quality education. No hype, gimmicks, or secret sauce. The truth is: trading is hard. • We do not tolerate rude behavior, trolling, or vendors advertising in posts.
  • We firmly believe in and encourage sharing. The holy grail is within you, we can help you find it.
  • We expect our members to participate and become a part of the community. Help yourself by helping others.

Good Resources for Market Internals?

Hey all, I am looking for some good resources to further my knowledge of the application and use of market internals.

I've read all of @Inletcap 's posts and find great value in those. Any other traders on this site (past or present) keep journals and utilize market internals heavily?

Any other resources you would recommend?

Thanks all,
Zimmer

Hey man...

What platform again?

I have not read those threads, but this is what I look at for internals.

TOS.

How do you utilize the internals in making trade decisions? Do you look for divergence or use them as a directional filter? Something else entirely?

for TOS users.

For the daily settings you go here. https://www.shadowtrader.net/newsletter-category/swing-trader/

Peter and Danno generally give interesting commentary. Their videos detail the primary use for their internals layout. I see the data just as they do. Mostly I consult internals and generally will not consider a trade that is opposite way. When all four line up I do consider that a confidence move. The monthly and the weekly on top are not related. Let me know if I can help.

there´s not black and white

You could get a lot of Internals from IQFeed.

As you perhaps already know, there is no one metric on its own which shows you what is happening next.

The trick is lots of screen time.

The combination of internals and price action and what else is going on and went on the past few days will give you a favorable outcome....so there is no black and white
