Hi MiniP,

I find Ninjatrader quite expensive to lease and their roundturns are around $5,- with the free ninjatrader. Also the free ninjatrader is limited with what you can do with it. I am a big fan of Sierracharts, but you can't plug Jigsaw in. Another option would be Multicharts.

Hi Arnie,

I am in the proces of selecting a broker.

Well, if you want a broker that allow you to directly connect to Jigsaw, you basically have every one that uses CQG, Rithmic or Gain Capital feeds.
On Jigsaw website you can see some of the brokers they work with.

Than you have NT8 which uses a bridge connection to Jigsaw. Using NT8 you can connect to Interactive Brokers or NT8 broker itself.

If I become half a percent smarter each year, I'll be a genius by the time I die

Hi,

Yes, I have been checking out these brokers from the jigsaw website. It is a big puzzle to go through. There are four brokers that I like. GFF, S5, Apexfutures and AMP trading. This weekend I will go over their information again and decide which one to take.

Thanks all for your help.

Cheers Zonescalper

Curious why you aren't considering Tradovate which is also listed on their site.
Full Jigsaw daytradr integration, no platform fees for the Tradovate platform which has reasonable functionality and choice of indicators, and lastly a commission free option. That option is best if you trade a reasonable number of contracts per month but even starting off trading only a few contracts their Membership Free option is competitively priced.

You do not win as a trader, you just get to play again the next day. If that game doesn’t appeal to you then you should not trade. Gary Norden

Hi Guys,

I am starting with a small account of €5000,-. Tradovate has some nice pricing options. If I want to opt in for the commision free one, I have to pay for 1 year in advance. I don't want to do that right now.

Also they don't have a custom chart setting for the 15 seconds chart. They only have the min, hour and daily. Also they don't provide a lot of standard indicators. (Maybe I was just spoiled with Sierrachart )

I will check Tradovate out though.

The true cost is blowing up several accounts. NO successful trader makes it without paying that price.
