was reading about the mechanisms with which the Binance DEX works.

As a big fun of the Order Flow style of trading (Jigsaw Trading DayTradr) the DEX started me thinking how those type of exchanges could become the new norm one day, maybe substituting CME and centralised exchanges...
how that could affect the way we trade today?

in a way could make things even more transparent and make it easier to gather data for OF, or maybe the decentralisation and appearance of many scattered entities could make it harder to have an overall picture of the OF as instead can happen today where all the volume is in one exchange?

I am not quite sure I have a concrete question but I just wanted to start a discussion on how this new exchanges may change the face of trading as we know it today, assuming that they will grow exponentially in the future with the possible tokenisation of every financial product and more.

as a crazy man once said:
“Decentralized exchanges, when fully functional, will mark the end of any potential control by governments and will be the beginning of the largest economic boom in human history”. - John MacAfee
