I thought it must be possible to setup ordercofiguration within the spreadsheet for trading.
So far I defined long & short entry, but I have hard timmes defining the exit points, so I wonder how I can setup serverside controlled trailing stop in tthe spreadsheet for trading?
1. Create a Trade Window config with a target and stop, and check Use Attached Orders.
2. On the spreadsheet, set the target and stop offsets in cells J80 and J81. You can use a formula or a static value. You can put user options in column H and reference them from these cells. These offsets are in points, not ticks.
3. In two Formula Columns, use a formula in each to return your custom Long and Short trailing stop prices, then reference these with 2 instances of the Trade Management by Study study. https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/AttachedOrders.html
Hope someone can help me with this, I've read thru the documentation on their website but still can't seem to figure it out.
I know how to setup an OCO when using the attached orders, but what if you have a position already without any orders, and you want to setup an OCO around it, I figure that must be possible right?
Really appreciate it if someone can take the time to describe how it can be done.
