is there a way I can set up nt8 to flatten all positions and cancel all orders by 3pm CT so I can hold positions overnight from australia?
Can you help answer these questions from other members on NexusFi?

Tools -> Options -> Trading -> Auto Close Position
Enable it and then set the time for execution.

The manual doesn't specify but I doubt it. The wording suggest it is just for open positions.
If you set the expiry on the order to day it will cancel those at the end of day anyway.

Not sure. I never trade that late in the day to find out. Based on the manual it appears to be handled by the broker and not ninjatrader . So whatever they consider end of session.

It will close all orders and cancel all orders per account.
