can I upload .wav files in my own voice to replace default alert sound .wavs in Ninja7? Will soon upgrade to 8;will the process be different there?

you can do that but NT will overwrite when you start NT again so you need to overwrite it again.

If you prefer not to record your own voice, you can use several free services that generate sound files from text. I have used http://ww12.yakitome.com/tts/text_to_speech?usid=16&utid=32151219023.

You may have to convert an mp3 to wav for NinjaTrader.
The interface takes some getting used to, and the site is down for maintenance, but the sound quality is decent.

There are others listed here:
