I did in the past but I do not trade Forex anymore, it works fine assuming you know NT well and its limitations. Just make sure you chose a good Forex broker and you will be alright.

Ah I see, then if NT are the broker as well it should be alright I guess, as you are dealing direct with NT and not a third part broker. But if you have doubts why not to trade currency futures and/or the micro currency futures? Do you want to trade the crosses as well?

Been using NT Brokerage for FX back when they used FXMC and now as they use FOREX.COM. I think it's better now that they use FOREX.COM.

They are not a broker in and of themselves.

One thing I don't like about FOREX.COM data (which I just learned last night and today) is the feed does not offer Net Change info. For example the percent change of a pair from yesterday. I view all the pairs and futures I watch in a Market Analyzer and have it auto sort based on percent change. All of 2017 I used IQFEED FX data even though I had free data from NT broker. Here in 2018 I end my IQFEED FX data to save $20/mo but now I see this issue. Will have do a little coding to make my own Net Change.

Thanks Ron,I think th feeds will vary because of the way liquidity is provided.Im a newbie to forex. Are using NT7 or NT8? I asked another question, on the forum.Im looking for a session template. My pivot and swap levels are off.I tried using 24/7 and 24/5.Im using NT7.Another trader mentioned setting session from 5am to 4:59 am.Basically 24 hours.Im not sure how vwap works with forex yet, but i know the start time will change it
thanks, Bob

@bobarian VWAP will not work with FOREX remember there is no volume with FOREX however you can use TWAP - Time Weighted Average Price, the calculation is different than VWAP but it works in a similar way it takes the length of the bars or candles into account and not volume, I did use TWAP it in the past.

I saw on your journal that you are using @Fat Tails studies you should definitely talk to him, he have done some coding for me back in the days when I was trading FOREX, he will be able to help you out.
