Here is a .zip file of the indicators you requested(Priceline_V2, RealStats_SharkyPkg, ConstantLines (note: Constant Lines is a *system* indicator & should already be in your version of NinjaTrader, but, I have included it here, too. You may get a message telling you it already exists - Do you want to replace it? - SAY NO, if you get that message)):
