Yes, it can be on 3 screens/charts, but for me simpler is better. For me to only
have to look at 1 screen (I have 3 monitors) lessens the stress and allows me to
be more profitable than with multiple monitors.
Bring up the Multiple Timeframes Indicator. The Parameter box asks for a multiplier, I use 3 that appears as 3x in panel 2 and for the 2nd multiple TF in panel 3 I use a multiplier of 6.
The two MTF charts (i. e. the 12 range chart and 24 range chart) bars/candles are not forming in sync with the main (i. e. the 4 range) chart's bars/candles. It seems that the "Calculate on bar close" is fixed at "true" despite the fact that it can really be set to "true" or "false". See my attached snapshot. Three bars (circled) are formed in sync, but a third bar on the Panel 1 chart is formed but those in Panels 2 and 3 charts are not forming.
The chart candles never have to be in sync. I am a candle stick guy. It is only when price action/candles actually are in agreement on many time frames that the big moves happen. Remember there are traders playing every time frame, (minutes, hours, range, tick, volume,) all at the same time. When traders are in directional agreement and they all drive in the same direction at the same time the moves are usually powerful.
I am currently working on a system to anticipate the power of coming moves. Yes, it might be a pipe dream, but I am constantly working on new developments. Since I am not a programmer I can always use help in this area.
So, what trigers my entry ? Is it the DMA_Paint_Sharky arrows or/and all the candles on the MTF panels agreeing ? And what about my EXIT !!!!!!!!! (very important) ?
