Hi Guys,

i have a question regarding the bid- and ask- prices in sierrachart.
What price is the "last price" in sierra chart.
Let's take the FGBL. If a candle closes at 161.12, which price is that? Is that the price which i have to pay (the ask) or is is it the bid? what is the default setting used by sierrachart?

thanks for all answers in advance...

The last price is the last price that is traded.

Naturally, that price can either result from the bid or from the ask (or from mid-point fills as a special case).
If you want to discern the origin, take a look at the DOM data which include bid/ask.

One additional remark regarding SC: You can also open a Time&Sales Window and use its bid/ask settings to
let SC sort out if it was a bid or an ask trade and add filters. (NT and others offer similar options.)

The last price is the close price for the candle.
