Need help? 1) Stop changing things. No new indicators, charts, or methods. Be consistent with what is in front of you first. 2) Start a journal and post to it daily with the trades you made to show your strengths and weaknesses. 3) Set goals for yourself to reach daily. Make them about how you trade, not how much money you make. 4) Accept responsibility for your actions. Stop looking elsewhere to explain away poor performance. 5) Where to start as a trader? Watch this webinar and read this thread for hundreds of questions and answers. 6) Help using the forum? Watch this video to learn general tips on using the site.

I have not used the Forex part of my account for a while so I am operating from memory here, but I think it was around $7 per round turn (for standard contracts) with no spread. I was not a big fish so I am sure I was paying the highest rate. If you trade a lot or have a large balance I am reasonably certain that you could get a better rate.
U can find really better commission for forex, looking first at currenex, Hotspotfx, lava....etc.
I know that with NT would be better but the only one u can use with good commission from 1 standard lot is IB, starting from $2.50, on currenex $ 1.50.
