Does anyone have a list of the better times to and not to trade on the /ES? (Some posts here but back in 2009, 2010). Of course not set in stone, looking for a reasonable guideline. Thank you.

I like the first 2 hours

I'm in MST timezone 7:30 to 9:30am

Hourly bars from 2015-03-05 to 2016-02-26
As @tulanch said first 2 hours are best.
For EU traders London open is also tradeable.

Time is GMT + 2 / Range in ticks

The definitive list:

9:30am - 12:00pm

1:00pm - close

European open (if you're up) for about an hour.

All times eastern.
