Automated Trading System for Ninjatrader

Hello, I need a programmer for a system that I'm currently using. No indicator's just plain price action with entries on breakouts of pullbacks. Need it to have an auto break even and trailing stop and also a time of day to activate the system and deactivate as well as a maximum loss limit for the day. I can provide a detailed description of the system in a PDF with pictures of trade entries.
