Hey guys,
I see a lot of you talking about double moving averages and zero lag indicators. Are these all for Ninja ? I use Sierra charts which does have an indicator that is zero lag.

Thx,

dave

Hi,
most folks around here are on NinjaTrader - so our whole indicator-coding-games are in ninja-code.
to create something like DMA in an other app. -- its just a MA over a MA = doble MA =DMA
special stuff that is not available in standard-sierra maybe is the zerolagema + adxvma - thats an often used combination in the DMA
(ie zerolagema 14 over adxvma 1)
so you can try to find these 2 for Sierra somewhere or try to code yourself (if that works in Sierra)
its an opencode in ninja (c#) so it should be possible recode it in Sierra-language -- if you have coding-knowledge.
both are no special / native NinjaTrader-indicators - they are coded by Ninja-user.
hope that helps.

I added a zero lag 20 ema and I'm watching it as the es is moving up this morning. There's quiet a difference in it and the regular ema.
