OK, first let's tell you that I have been trade Forex 3 years, and now I want going to move on trading futures like ES,TF and 6E.
BTW sorry for my English, its not my native.
Direct to the questions, if you allow...

First, I learned that in futures markets, there is 2 sessions for trade- Day session (start from 9:30EST) and After-H session.
OK, in most of places, I read that its better to trade the day session, especially if you plan to trade with smaller acount (for example 5000-10 00k), but I don't understand, how people trading these hours, when if you trade with Volume or Tick chart (which you allow to take better movements than minute charts) when in some moment, most of the candles start to show with interval of 18-24 seconds? I mean, how the hell people may analyzes Price action of the market, and place limit orders for 18sec??? And that is applie for Volume chart period for example of 1500V, considering that some people trade on 500V or 133T- 233T charts
I try to switch to a bigger periods like 4500V but then I miss the opportunities for entry in the market.
May be a stupid question, but... Im still wonder how you will get in the market with such a small time betwen candles show.
Yes its from volatility, but that is and my second question- is there a way to know when will have such a huge volatility, and when its more quietly?

For the present, that is what worry me, if you could give me some guidelines will be great.

Hi,

I have found in overnight ES sessions that trading 15 minute chart abcd patterns with a small position is effective. You are right; it is difficult to qualify trade setups on volume and tick charts during this time - at least for me. You can go back to the volume and tick charts during regular trading hours, but keep it very, very simple in the overnight sessions. Also, it is important to know to watch out for likely overnight spikes related to global news and the opens of other markets, as well as the economic reports coming out before market open. Make sure you have a protective stop.

Good trading to you.

Thanks for the answers above

Yup, the problem still its the same, I hope some other traders to join in this thread to share their opinion.
The EU session is good timing, yes, but the US is better for my system and give me more and better opportunities to take a trade than EU price action, just the market is tooooooooo fast to catch some ticks... hm I stiil searching how to do with that.
