C is a setup bar. A to B is not flat as the EMA 5 is going up, even slightly, and you have a green bar to enhance it, so point C is already the 2nd bar going up of the EMA 5
A new version of the DMPlusSignals indicators for both nt6.5 and nt7 is available at the link provided below. This version includes both setup 1 and setup 2 as defined by PerryG. Putting both signals on a single chart is really hard to visually keep up with. So, I wrote the indicator so you can only have one of the setups displayed on a single chart. So, you will need 2 charts to see both setups.

You can put the indicator on the chart as many time as you want. I just don't want to get into changing the code to fit everyone's desires. This way, you change the settings however you want.

I have been using Perry's system for a few months now trading the ES. Since I use range charts, I have felt that a useful addition would be some type of volume indicator as a supplement. I purchased one from a company that has been a very useful add-on to Perry's already excellent system.
I do not want to violate any forum rules by naming the source but I would do so if it is allowable. Or, as an alternative, perhaps some of the coding experts here at Big Mike's could come up with one of their own.
