Change the FI to the correct parameters i.e. EMA 13 on either the fast or the slow. Make the other line transparent. Then make the DASH Style = DASH, and the PLOT style = HASH and Width = 90

I changed the slow to EMA 13.

I understand on the "FastLine" "FastLineAbove" and FastLineBelow" change Dash=Dash, Plot=Hash and Width=90.

But what about the plots for the slow lines? That's where the issue is.

Attached is a chart with slow and fast lines changed to Dash=Dash, Plot=Hash, Width=90.

Now I will try the new indicator you attached. I believe the issue is that one or more of the settings I am making manually to the original indicator is wrong.

Many thanks for your help, Perry.

Your chart is correct. All you have to do is now condense the indicator on the chart by dragging the upper horizontal line that divdes between the chart and the indicator downwards so that all the bars will become one size.

Sharky shows how to do that, scrunching down the indicator by dragging down the top panel line, in this video TechSmith | Screencast.com, online video sharing, 2009-07-04_1239

OMG! It works. Thank you so much, Perry.

This was a good lesson. I clicked almost everything on the parameter page and understand better what the names of everything mean.

That vid is fantastic. Thanks so much for sharing it.

Perry, without sounding greedy or ungrateful as I have so much gratitude for everything I have learned from you studying hard your written words on this thread these past couple of weeks, it would be amazing if you could do a similar video. Frankly, if the vid were posted on the first page of this thread it would save you immense time, as many of the questions you take the time and trouble to respond to are redundant. The questions seem to have to do with the location and settings of the individual indicators. Ironically, no one seems to ask you arguably tougher or more significant questions about entry or exit points or the platform or setups at large as your clarity explaining the system has been unequivocally CRYSTAL CLEAR. I would just love to have that similar depth of understanding in the area of the indicator settings, which has received less coverage.

Many, many thanks in advance. Have I said thank you?

There doesn't seem to be a directory of other similar vids, zxxaxz, next to or near the video. Are there others?
Thanks again.

P.S. I gotta tell ya. NT could learn something about training from watching this vid. Sheesh. Their vids pale compared to Sharky's. You really don't need the Ju Ju Beads or goobers. It's fully engrossing without the distractions. Always nice putting the voice with the person.
