Hello all, I am a complete beginner in regards to trading, but i am scared to become an elite member if i pay all that money and realize that i cant understand the webinars and tutorials considering i have absolutely no prior experience with trading.

Is it worth becoming an elite member? Will i be able to learn and eventually trade if i watch all webinars from start to finish? I am a very methodical person and need to start at square one in order to grasp a concept. Please private message me if you have any input.

im also not sure where i should be posting this so i apologize if this question has been asked already.

If you are worried about $100 then you will have a hard time actually trading.

I would say paying $100 to become a member and then learning that trading is not for you is cheaper then trading live cash for 2 years to come to the same conclusion.

Also realize that just watching webinars will not make you a profitable trader. It will take time, experience, and just the right amount of luck to make some kind of money.

A doctor doesn't read a book and a video and walk into on operating room. SO why do new traders think that they can read a book, watch a video and walk into one of the toughest rings in the world and compete with the best in the world.

Key to learning how to trade is to do it as cheap as possible at first to ensure that you survive the learning curve. Then learn what makes the market move and tick. You have to be into it full time. You have to live and breath it. And even then the odds are stacked against you.

But I will say this. The $100 for the elite was the best trade of my life. I would be no where near where I am now if I didn't become an elite member.

Hey Man, I really appreciate your feedback and i agree with you. I do work a 9-5 in finance and im 22 years old, so maybe trading is something that i shouldnt do as a hobby considering it is time consuming and extremely volatile. I just cant help myself when it comes to an oppurtunity that enables me to learn about the market and possibly make money.

Is there any link you can provide that can start me on the right track to learning the absolute basics of trading? Thanks again man, youve helped me already I just need guidance in the right direction

Without a doubt, absolutely.

Yes, you will be able to learn about many different topics and to trade after reading and watching some of the content on the site. Will you be able to make money? No, you won't. This isn't the sort of activity that you can just watch something, try to replicate it, and make money. You have to beat your own trail in this game, and it is very difficult. Good luck.

@mattz's is always a fav of mine: https://nexusfi.com/webinars/oct21_2010/psychology/

And spending an afternoon with @Big Mike is a good place to start: https://nexusfi.com/webinars/mar19_2011/afternoon_with_big_mike/

EDIT: Also find a few brokers and get some demo accounts and play with them. Figure out what you like don't like. Then find a simple strategy (like a moving average crossover) and learn to trade it. Do this in sim, odds are it won't be profitable (and even if it is in SIM, doesn't mean it will work LIVE). But the idea is to learn how to execute trades when you see a signal. Again this is bare bones basic stuff, if this was flight training I would equate it to ground school, long before you ever actually touch a yoke or throttle.

Fellas, you've not only provided me with a sense of motivation, but also with a sense of confidence in futures.io (formerly BMT) thanks to your kindness and willingness to help.

I will view and study the links and suggestions you have posted for me.

If your comments are an indicator of the type of people that consist of futures.io (formerly BMT), then it is something i want to be part of and i will definitely become an elite member. And for that, I Thank you Infinitely

I wouldn't put much weight into that or the market wizard titles. It just means I post a lot on the site.

I've done ok for myself, but I know that I am no expert. But I have found a few things that work, and learning how to identify more.
